Boom Cycle Southbank Place
Year: 2019 Contractor: WFC
The largest Boom Cycle site to date: 6500sq ft within the redevelopment of the Shell Centre on London’s Southbank. The design proposed a reimagining of the riverside location as an archaeological discovery, as if a Roman bath house was discovered during the redevelopment of the Shell Centre - just another Roman site to have been discovered in Southwark. The dominant features are therefore use mosaics, terrazzo, natural stone and barrel vaults to enhance the established Boom Cycle physical branding.
