The client’s brief stated their desire for a total interior overhaul and rear extension that would appear as if it were part of the original house. Era-specific details and materials were used to incorporate modern elegance with traditional workman- ship. All services were replaced and the thermal envelope upgraded during the works, in addition to new surface finishes, fixtures and fittings.
