St James’ Road, Hampton Hill

Extensive research was conducted into the Hampton Hill vernacular, details of which were then reinterpreted and synthesised to create a new building design, which replaced a small bungalow. The ambition is for it to continue a local tradition of richly-detailed and aspirational residential buildings with high quality Victorian-sized living environments of generous, light filled spaces within a building that slots in unnoticed beside its historical neighbours. The project was sold by Kingston Estates after planning permission was granted and completed as a design & built scheme by Turnkey Contracting.
