Extensive research was conducted into the existing buildings in Hampton Hill. Detailing from the wide variety of building epochs was sampled and combined to create a new 21st century vernacular. The ambition is for the building to continue the local tradition of richly-detailed and aspirational residential buildings with high quality Victorian-sized living environments of generous, light filled spaces within a building that slots in unnoticed beside its older neighbours. The project was sold by Kingston Estates after planning permission was granted and completed as a design & built scheme by Turnkey Contracting.
